The SQI system

| The SQI System
profiling program was indeed an eye-opener. It confirms the
strengths and skills that I vaguely think I have, and
surfaced strengths and skills that I never knew I had. With
this, I can harness my time and energy to concentrate in

this, SQI also helped me nail down the areas that seem to be

The SQI system
helped crystallize, in my mind, my strengths as well as
areas that needed more work on. Applying that knowledge in
my work, I now find myself putting more focus and efforts

determine who I am and what work is best suitable for my

though I had never done this on the computer,
I still had about
6 mins to spare.
I think this is a great tool to help understand a person fast

The SQI System is fantastic. It is a comprehensive and an
effective profiling system, which highlights ones strengths,

System report; the scenario biased for the situation analysis,

I found the SQI system experience refreshing. Unlike the other
profiling systems I have done before, the SQI system is
situational and addresses your reaction in different
circumstances. Human nature is complex and there are no fixed
traits. A person’s reaction will depend on his/her environment,
situation and the people around him/her.
The SQI system allows the staff to understand and advise him/her
on the best methodology to deal with people and situation. There
are no flaws but just positive feedbacks. The test itself is
simple, easy to comprehend and can be done within the allocated
time given and is suitable for all level of staff from all level
