I found the SQI system experience refreshing. Unlike the other profiling systems I have done before, the SQI system is situational and addresses your reaction in different circumstances. Human nature is complex and there are no fixed traits. A person’s reaction will depend on his/her environment, situation and the people around him/her.

The SQI system allows the staff to understand and advise him/her on the best methodology to deal with people and situation. There are no flaws but just positive feedbacks. SQI is an interesting profiling system based on belief system & not scrutinizing individual based on your work motivations weaker traits. Personally, I found the profile graphs are more comprehensive as compared to other profiling systems.
